Description

This is an auction for an Original copy of the EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND 1956 DEMO / PROMO EP release ELVIS PRESLEY - PERFECT FOR PARTIES released in the USA.

The record itself (SPA 7-37 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD+ condition with a few marks/scratches.(nothing too deep or drastic)

As well as Elvis singing Love Me , this has the added charm of Elvis being the narrator and introducing all the tracks by the other RCA artists on the E.P.

The centre labels are quite bright and have NO WRITING but do have a small numbered sticker on one side(see photos)

They are clearly marked by the words " NOT FOR SALE". (see photos)

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $60 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD ) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 61 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.

The things that stop this grading higher is some pen marks on the front, a partial seam split on one side, age discolouration/staining on the rear and a tear on the front(see photos)

There is also seam splits along the top and bottom and some staining on the front.(see photos)

THIS ONE RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE AND IS ONLY THE 4th ORIGINAL COPY I HAVE EVER SOLD IN 12 YEARS OF SELLING ON EBAY!!!!!!

This is a really affordable addition to fill any collection!.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE CONDITION OF THE SLEEVE IF/WHEN PLACING A BID!

THE SLEEVE WILL ONLY SERVE AS A COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT $150 MINT RECORD and SLEEVE COMES ALONG!!!!!!

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $80+(£64 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £65+.

THIS REALLY IS A HARD TO FIND TO SLEEVE!!!

A MINT COPY OF THE RECORD AND SLEEVE WOULD SET YOU BACK $250+(£165+)

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
