Description

An original 1st press of Rumours on the UK Warners label from 1977. Matrix A1/B1. Etching 'Allen'. The vinyl comes houses in an original 1st issue textured cover. Also included is the generic white patent no's inner sleeve with the lyric poster inner. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) A beautiful slab of vinyl which has seen only the lightest of use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of very light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Interference is very minor and infrequent. By and large a very nice clean and impressive rendition. The only interference detected was just a few low-level static rustles in 'Songbird' and this is by far THE fussiest track on the LP. Songbird still plays better than on many other copies - just don't expect perfect silence. In summary, a cracking rendition of this 70's classic.
Cover (Ex+) Lovely shiny unaged front and back with barley any handling wear at all, or creasing. Edge wear is super-light and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. It really is stunning. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex) Barely any ageing. No splits.
Lyric sheet/poster (Ex+) No issues or writing or ageing.
