JOHN COLTRANE "COLTRANE" LP - On Prestige Records, #7105.  Original MONO pressing with the classic Yellow & Black labels and the 446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C. address on the labels.  The label is Deep Groove on both sides with RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  John Coltrane/tenor sax; Johnnie Splawn/trumpet; Sahib Shihab/baritone sax; Red Garland, Mal Waldron/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Al Heath/drums.  The vinyl is in phenomenal M- condition (beautiful gloss)!  The thick laminated cover is in superb M- shape and displays wonderfully: bright and clean with tight seams.  Cover is the very rare original red tint.  There are NO seam splits, NO bends or creases, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  Very tiny wear on one corner tip only.  The songs are:  Bakai; Violets For Your Furs; Time Was; Straight Street; While My Lady Sleeps; Chronic Blues.  An incredible copy of a very hard to find LP!  Original rice paper inner sleeve included!
