Description
For sale, I have an original 1968 UK mono first pressing of The Kinks are the Village Green Preservation Society. This record has surface wear, and during track breaks has some noticeable surface noise, however I found that during tracks the music overpowers it greatly to a point where it’s not a problem except on Phenomenal Cat which is a quieter sounding track. Plays overall VG. Sleeve has been flattened and the spine is no longer firm, lamination is bubbling a bit so although it’s not a museum copy, still a solid players copy. Easily my favourite Kinks album.
Unfortunately, I no longer have my table so I can’t currently test my records. Nor am I professional grader. The records have been comfortably sitting in a crate in my room for the past year. My grading is based on recollection from the last time I played them and the grading I gave it in my discogs catalogue.
