Description

An original 2nd press of Zep II on the UK Atlantic label. Matrix A5/B4. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original E.J. Day cover. Also included is the original 'plastic bag warning' inner sleeve. So, 100% original and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Vg+) In very nice condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection there are a few marks either side - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is relatively minor and infrequent. All we detected was a touch of static in a couple of tracks and a bit of crackle occasionally during 'Ramble'. Other than that we are talking a very nice rendition from this lovely heavy red & Plum copy. Needless to say you need to hear Zep II on red & plum to fully appreciate it!
Cover (Vg) Is exhibiting a fair bit of handling wear, but is still holding up well. Moderate handling wear front and back. Edge wear is significant - particularly on the spine which is well worn. Then in a couple of spots the edges have worn through for a couple of inches. The interior has no issues at all and overall the cover still retains good rigidity.
