On Offer from our own collection is a rare UK original copy of Lightnin' Hopkins - 'Lightnin' on the superb Prestige Bluesville label. (See pics). A fantastic collection of recordings from 1960, his debut for the label and with the original stunning 'Thunder' cover artwork. A Blues Classic!
The 150gsm vinyl is a clean VG++ or better with just a few very light scratches and sleeve brushes, plays with nice warm sound, really good quality music. Has RVG stamp in deadwax.
The glossy front laminated cover with flipbacks is in strong VG+ condition, wear to bottom opening edge (2cm) and a few edge wrinkles. Reverse is clean but with ageing. No splits or writing. The spine is solid and all text is legible. Labels are clean with spindle marks.
