Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE & ARTIST: "I Had the Craziest Dream" - by Manny Albam and His Orchestra on the RCA Victor "Action Series" Record label (LPM 2508), in beautiful original MONO, issued in 1961.
CONDITION: JACKET - EX(Jacket has light overall wear, along with light corner and edge wear; there is a name stamped on back - please see actual album in photos); VINYL - Near Mint(Vinyl is glowing and clean, with very light wear at the edge - visually graded under special daylight balanced spotlight).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Rare original MONO copy of this legendary "I Had the Craziest Dream" album, featuring beautifully mastered sound and a varied and interesting program of late '50s/early '60s easy jazz. NOTE: This is the MONO version of RCA's great Stereo Action Series; naturally they call it "The Action Series in brilliant mono hi-fi". Brilliant indeed! In fact, one of the very best "dream theme" concept albums of the era. Don't miss this delightful vintage record.

OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
