Nick Drake - Five Leaves Left - Original 1969 - Island Pink Label
Matrix no.s ILPS 9105 A//2 and ILPS 9105 b//2
The vinyl is VG+ still has a good sheen, there are light hairlines, minor crackles, they do not detract from the sound, no skips/jumps. Labels are clean.
Gatefold sleeve Good+ printed by Ernest J Day. The track order on side 1 Day is Done and Way to Blue are reversed when playing the record.
The sleeve although strong and intact has superficial damage over the title, edges and corners are worn.The outer spine is worn with print barely legible. The back has minor wear and rubbing. There is a small split at the top and bottom of the sleeve where the record is housed. The inside is strong with minor wear. (See photos)
This is a rare, sought after item, I have given as accurate detail as I can of this album which contains atmospheric, beautiful songs. It has been in my personal collection for some years.
