Nick Drake Five leaves left pink island label rare 1st

I think this may be a fairly rare early edition of five leaves left.
I am no expert so I will just tell you what I have and provide some photos if I miss anything please do get in touch.

The record has been in a protective cover for a lot of years so has kept fairly well but has some rub marks on the cover. There is a mark o the front to left of the sleeve where a label has been removed and coloured green to match the sleeve. (about 2cm x 1cm) There is a name and address on the back of the sleeve in the bottom right corner.
I cannot see any scratches on side one of the record but someone may with the right equipment To an untrained eye it looks fine. On side two there are about 3 small surface scratches There are some spindle marks in the centre of the label but again as far as I can see these have not scratched off any of the pink label or the writing.

The label says
