Joy Division, Love Will Tear Us Apart, Factory Records FAC 23, Made in the UK 1980.
Matrix Numbers:
Side A: FAC 23 T A3 (Town House).
Side B: FAC 23 T B3 (Town House).
Cover is in VG++ / M- (Please check picture, which is of actual cover, hardly any wear!!! Close to perfect!!! Beautiful condition for a 30 year old cover) .
Record / Vinyl is in VG++ / M- condition (Deep shiny black vinyl, looks and plays close to perfect. No wear whatsoever!!!).
Original 1980 UK 1st issue of this classic Joy Division 12" of the seminal "Love Will Tear Us Apart" in fantastic condition!!! Please bid accordingly. Good luck with your bids.

My grading system (Please note I do not have EX as a condition): M (Mint, totally untouched, as new), M- (Very light wear, looks and plays beautifully without any problems), VG++ (Light wear but still looks and plays beautifully without problems), VG+ (Slight wear, thin, light marks on vinyl, could have light surface noise), VG (Wear, cover could be torn, split, record has marks, plays ok but could have skips and surface noise) etc.

Postage costs are NOT $4 as EBAY indicates but at various prices. For the UK, 1 LP is usually around £3.50, for Europe 1 LP is usually $10 and for the USA and the rest of the World 1 LP is usually between $10-15.
