Atom Heart Mother A-1G / B-1G (no EMI logo - mega early first pressing)
This very first pressing is in stunning condition and is one of the earliest ever pressed.  On pinkfloydarchives.com there are very few pressings that have only one stamper - this one has "T" on Side One.  It of course has no EMI logo on the labels.

Side One is VG+ for first 30 seconds and then Ex+

Visual grading
Under a strong bright light I can see some very faint hairlines caused by sleeve removal and a couple of marks on S2 but they have no affect on the audio.  There are no scratches which is rare for an LP of 46 years of age!  There is some spindle wear but the vinyl has obviously been very well cared for, as despite being played a number of times, the audio is still of excellent quality.
Play grading
The title track plays beautifully bar three pops near the beginning.  The quiet sections, and there are many, play with such clarity and hardly any interference, perhaps just a hint of very quiet static here and there.  For such an early first pressing the audio is so clear and free of background noise this has to be one of the best 'AHMs' I have heard.  The more I listen to it the more I am impressed by it!  Apart from the pops at the start this is audio of the highest quality, the strength and depth of the sound is superb.  What amazing clarity!  The slightest of distortion in a couple of places but overall an absolutely stunning listen.
'If' has a little light crackle but in my opinion is not intrusive and still plays extremely well.  'Summer '68' plays with great quality, Near Mint it is that good.  There are only a handful of very light 'dust ticks'.  'Fat Old Sun' plays superbly well with almost zero background noise, a wonderful listen.  'Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast' plays with great clarity and no intrusive static.  When you consider how early this pressing is it is rare to find this quiet track play so well.  It is certainly one of the best I have heard.  There is just a little more very quiet static towards the end but again is not intrusive.
It is worth noting that the drip at the end will of course continue endlessly on a manual turntable until the needle is lifted off the record with these first pressings.
Gatefold cover
  This G & L gatefold is in excellent condition for its age with only minor shelf wear.  The edges are very clean and only the corners have a little wear.  The spine has a couple of light marks and some rubbing at the bottom.  The inside is in superb condition and the back cover just has a couple of small marks, otherwise very clean.  Overall an excellent gatefold with only superficial wear.
As per the first pressings it has on the inside "7010 TPS Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd Patent no 943,895 SHVL 781" in the lower left hand corner.
Inner sleeve
This includes the original Harvest die-cut inner advertising 'Ummagumma' and 'The Madcap Laughs' amongst others.  It remains in excellent condition with no tears, just some light creasing and age related marking.
Labels
The yellow/green labels, with no EMI logo, are in excellent condition with only some spindle wear, no marking.
 Play tested on my Technics SL-J110R turntable system.
