Description

OK Folks, this is the real 1st Pressing MONO from the U.K. Blue/Black label, early matrix/stampers. Side 1 is XAX-3419-2 Side 2 is XAX-3420-1 Catalog Number is SX-6157 Flipback cover, E.J. Day There is no mention of "File Under..." Truly, it is so hard to find a real FIRST PRESSING MONO. HOWEVER! There are some flaws with this lp. There are quite a few scuffs/scratch-like veins populating this lp. BUT----The RECORD DOES SOUND MUCH BETTER THAN IT LOOKS. I was actually quite surprised with the sonic quality considering the scuffs. The scratch-like veins are not something you can actually feel, just see. I am not going to tell you that the sound is perfect, because it isn't. But it could honestly be graded to goldmine standards as approaching VG+. The spindle hole is tight, the gloss is abundant. The cover is VG+, showing normal wear from a 43 year old jacket. Please feel free to email us with any questions.
