Description
FIRSTLY - A GENERAL STATEMENT ABOUT THE POSTERS I SELL -- Absolutely ALL THE POSTERS I OFFER HERE ARE ORIGINAL PR0M0TI0NAL or TOUR POSTERS - THE GENUINE, BONA FIDE, REAL OFFICIAL THING...
....yes, officially printed by the artist, or their management, or their label, or the official touring company...on high quality paper...
(...and NEVER generally available to the public.)
SECONDLY - Australian buyers can pay in Australian dollars of course....it's so easy...
====================================
...and THIRDLY (getting to the point!) - the item on offer here is:
"BENEFIT CONCERT FOR PETE WELLS" - poster - one of only SIX signed by MANY of the artists including Pete Wells himself, and Billy Thorpe, among others
(Wells was guitarist with Buffalo, and Rose Tattoo...who had, at the time, recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer...and who has since died)
anyway, it's one of the official Australian posters for the above concert at the ENMORE THEATRE in Sydney, held on 7 September 2005..
line-up was phenomenal, and included PETE WELLS himself, plus:
ROSE TATTOO
BILLY THORPE (who has also since died)
JOHN PAUL YOUNG
DAVE TICE (Buffalo singer)
RICHARD CLAPTON
IAN MOSS
the RADIATORS
the ORIGINAL ANGELS
CHRIS TURNER (Buffalo guitarist)
NOISEWORKS
KILLING HEIDI
TIM ROGERS (of You Am I)
DIESEL
and
SARAH McLEOD (Superjesus)
It's been signed by the following:
PETE WELLS, ANGRY ANDERSON, and GEORDIE LEECH (all from ROSE TATTOO)
BILLY THORPE and WARREN 'PIG' MORGAN (both of the AZTECS)
TIM ROGERS
DAVE TICE
TIM GAZE (of TAMAM SHUD, KAHVAS JUTE, and the PETE WELLS BAND)
KEVIN BORICH
JON STEVENS, and STEVE BALBI (of NOISEWORKS)
..and at least 8 others
And yes, it's very true that there were literally only SIX of these signed (info obtained from one of the heads of the touring company who staged this event and who was involved in actually getting the signatures)...and this will probably be the ONLY one to ever go on sale. This will indeed be your one ond only chance.
