Rare NC Garage Psych 45 THE GRÄF Too Many Tears / Midnight Hour SOUNDS INC. GRAF
Based on the location found, label fonts, layouts and pressing numbers, this record was probably recorded at Arthur Smith Studios in Charlotte, N.C., though unverified at this point.  The Kaybank pressing plant numbering, this one came off the line between Aug and Sept of 1967. 

VG+ vinyl with great gloss and some light lines that DNAP. 
VG+ labels have light play wear, some tiny flaking at the center hole and are free of writing and damage. Super clean!
