This is an original 1969 pressing of this, the final album the Beatles were to record together. This is a highly collectable record and sleeve that has been maintained to a great standard by the previous owner so don’t miss out!!!

Medium width and weight, nice and rigid

VINYL CONDITION

Both aurally and visually this is a nice clean, shiny, well cared for disc. In amongst the dark, clean and glossy sheen of the vinyl there are no bad marks and only a few of the lightest paper scuff marks only visible under strong light. There is some light and general spindle wear, my guess is that this album has been played a few times but, fortunately, it has been handled with care and will provide the future owner with many hours of aural delight. It has got to grade as at least an Excellent!

SOUND

The whole record plays with a dense, powerful and intense audio clarity. There is a little light surface noise in a couple of places, a dull crackle, never an intrusive hiss and both sides play through with no problems at all. Every track here is touched by that Beatles magic that this original vinyl really gets to the heart of. I’ve said it before I know but there can surely be no better format on which to hear these classic recordings on. Definitely not to be missed!!!

COVER CONDITION

This is a great looking cover that remains in brilliant intact shape. Grading as a strong Excellent it displays very few signs of use and absolutely no serious damage. Over the whole cover there are no bad marks or areas of abuse. The front cover perfectly displays the great cover art, with a nice glossy sheen and only a tiny amount of hard-to-see small laminate creases near the spine and the edges. The rear sleeve is also in excellent shape with no serious blemishes. Look closely and there’s the faintest circular mark of a record, a factor that is literally ring-wear at its earliest stage and certainly not a serious problem. The top and bottom edges are smooth with only a couple of light scuff marks while the spine is very close to perfect, apart from a couple of small creases. A very well cared for rare and collectable album cover.

I do not profit on packaging. All records are sent in professional mailers with stiffeners and polythene sleeves in which the disc will be removed from the sleeve for extra protection. I take great care with my packaging and want to make sure the records arrive in the same condition they left me. The recorded option is now compulsory because too many buyers claim their items do not arrive when they are sent without any form of tracking, so with recorded packages we all know exactly what’s going on with the delivery and records no longer disappear down a big postal service black hole!
