DESCRIPTION : Unreleased 'Lost' roots reggae album from former Skatalite: TOMMY McCOOK produced by C.REID!
This holy-grail album is completely unknown to most collectors, was most likely never pressed in numbers more than a few handful and was never released! A quick google search only brings up one album that sold for nearly four figures! (+ a blog listing of the same record with soundclips, worth checking if you want to hear more than I've included)....There is literally NO other info on this rare LP existing anywhere else online....
Musically this is high quality INSTRUMENTAL roots style all the way, no cheesy tracks and (contrary to the title) I wouldn't really class this as 'lovers' either.
Soundfile: I've included brief snippets of two tracks recorded from THE ACTUAL RECORD FOR SALE, the tracks are: 'road boy blues' & 'if you new'

CONDITION : Vinyl: VG (few light surface marks & minor hairlines that might crackle a little in places. Would have graded it a bit higher but there are a couple of scratches (one on the track 'rock in my soul' ) that you can feel and they play through ok, but they do click (probably caused by a careless previous owner's needle). Side one label has mark from a 'removed label' ? (see scan images)
In PLAIN sleeve: It would NEVER have had a picture sleeve!
