Description
The Beatles LP Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band Stereo PCS 7027
This record is the LAST yellow and black Parlophone label in 1969. Both labels have NO ‘Sold in The UK….” Statement.
The Record has a few minor surface marks and scratches. This vinyl on both sides looks and plays excellently. A few minor clicks here and there but definitely above average audio. No sticks or jumps. A few visible spindle markings but less than you might expect.
Side 1: YEX 637-1 (stampers 3 GAP)
Side 2:YEX 638-1 (stampers 4 GOM)
There is a standard, plain white inner bag. I don’t know if this is the original, but it does its job and has no rips or tears.
The green cardboard cut out sheet is in excellent plus condition, hardly touched since 1969.
The gatefold ‘iconic’ album cover is also in excellent condition. It does have some minor corner wear and although the bottom third of the spine is a bit discoloured, the spine overall is a lovely example, clear and proud! There are also a few minor creases in the laminate noticeable at a certain angle but nothing very serious at all. Most importantly, it has no writing, marks, rips or tears.
OTHER STUFF:
All of my auctions start low with no reserve. Postage is reasonable and based on costs only. Fast delivery and feedback is guaranteed. All records will be mailed in custom designed mailers with two cardboard stiffeners. Any issues upon delivery can be dealt with via communication. I am a very reasonable person and try to describe a record as accurately as I would expect to see it as a buyer.
I have a selection of other Beatles LPs for sale. Discount will be given on postage and packing for multiple purchases. I will post anywhere in the world with air mail signed for delivery, this will cost a bit more but is safer.
