Description

UP for bid here is a 1968 original true 1st pressing Gatefold LP by The Doors entitled, "WAITING FOR THE SUN" , on the Elektra label, cat # EKL 4024 in MONO !! What makes this one more unique than most is the fact that it is a STEREO cover with a"MONO" sticker pasted over not the front along with "HELLO, I LOVE YOU" HYPE sticker. This is also a TRUE 1ST PRESSING with 1A/1A matrixs in the trail-off !!! Gatefold cover has NO split seams or writing. Normal shelf wear. Vinyl is well-played and has clean labels. Correct inner Elektra dust sleeve .
