Description

An original pressing of Aftermath on the UK Decca label from 1967. 4A/6B. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original cover printed by Robert Stace. Also included is the original Decca inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks and one which is starting to get feelable [TR4/S2]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minor and infrequent. All we detected was a touch of static in a couple of places and certainly nothing remotely invasive. The mark in 'It's not easy' causes little issue - just a few crackles. A superb rendition of this difficult to find title ..
Cover (Ex-) In lovely condition and has clearly been looked after down the years. Lovely shiny front which is largely free from laminate lift and creasing. The rear has escaped the worst ravages of ageing that so often afflict these covers. The spine is entirely intact and edge wear is light. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and remains a fine example.
Inner (Ex) Very little ageing and no splits.
