Incredibly rare Smiths record, Record collector have listed this as no.6 in the top 100 Smiths' rarities (issue June 2005)
This was going to be the original single but was knocked back by Geoff Travis and "Shoplifters" was finally released. I was lucky enough to pick up this gem whilst working at Rough Trade Distribution at the time. My memory is a little hazy but I know that very few of this white label were pressed and I've a hunch that it maybe as little as 25 but don't quote me on that but then again so few have come on to the open market so who knows.
The vinyl is in near Mint condition and would have only been played a couple of times at most. It comes with a plain white cardboard sleeve. I've written on the sleeve in pencil and you can see that I had a guess at what the 3 tracks were called but got it hopelessly wrong.
The labels are clean with no writing.
