VELVET UNDERGROUND - The Velvet Underground & Nico (Verve, originally 1967). This appears to be a circa late 90's US reissue. Gatefold with printed banana. Nice condition!      

VINYL VISUAL CONDITION: VG+ to VG++ (Great sheen. Very light sleeve wear and quite minimal featherlight scuffing. Will play great! Side one label has a small magic marker dot on it.) CHECK PHOTOS 
SLEEVE CONDITION: EXCELLENT (Extremely light storage wear. Top & bottom edges are solid. The corners are tight.) CHECK PHOTOS
