YEAR:  196?

COUNTRY:  ORIGINAL U.S. PRESSING

CONDITION (SLEEVE / RECORD): VG++ / VG++ - EX

DESCRIPTION:  WELL they don't get much rarer, or BETTER than this one... LLOYD MILLER's now SEMINAL LP, ORIENTAL JAZZ, which has seen SOOO MUUCCHHH demand in DJ / collector's circle's for the last number of years ever since Gilles Peterson dropped "GOL E GANDOM" in to one of his Brownswood Basement Edition show sets... stunning music across each side, this is the product of many years spent studying and playing music abroad, most notably IRAN, where Mr. Miller had a show before the Fall of the Shah.. Most will know the track "GOL E GANDOM" (featured in one of the sound clips), but there are other killers such as "AMBER EYES" and "YONA", but again - the entire thing is breathtaking... probably the most favourite LP we've ever owned, and only because we were lucky enough to score a double are we parting with this one.... so... check the clips, aim those snipers, and GOOD LUCK!!

TRACKLISTING: GOL E GANDOM / NJONJA MIRAH / YONA / TANYA / GUZEL GOZLER (AMBER EYES) / NATANIE / HUE WAIL / NJONJA MIRAH / YONA (2ND VERSION) / IMPRESSION OF BHAIRAVA RAGA / PRELUDE IN THE IRANIAN MODE SHUR / PENTALOGIC / SAHAR-E MEH-ALUDE (EARLY MORNING MIST)

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Who is slickrick_1988? I'm an avid record collector who's always looking for new records. I sometimes DJ, and sometimes I even sell records, too. I have been buying and selling records for a long time. I started this particular account two years ago with the intent of using this account to buy records because too many people I knew were checking my old account to see what I was up to. However, I now use this solely as a SELLING account. I am unfortunately extremely busy so I do not get to sell much, but the quality of my feedback speaks for itself. Bid with confidence - it's my goal to make you, the customer, happy!

GRADING: I grade using the GOLDMINE standard. You can look that up on the internet to see what I mean. I also use a very good quality light to do so, to make sure every part of the record and sleeve are visible when looking for defects.

PAYMENT: PAYPAL (No additional fees!)

SHIPPING: I do ship the record as soon as I have your funds either arrived via mail or in my Paypal account. It is my goal to get them out the day after I get your money, but sometimes, it takes a few days longer. I also try to notify you when the records have been shipped so that you're not stuck waiting aimlessly and wondering what I am doing or where your record is (that is the WORST - I know!!!!). All the records are packed professionally and are sent well packed in a proper record mailer of a special quality and sealed expertly with hard packing tape. As well, I 'd like to specially note that I do remove the LPs out of the cover and are protected with a plastic-sleeve. In exceptional cases, I include bubble-wrap.

SHIPPING COSTS: WITHIN NORTH AMERICA: 10, USD EUROPE/ASIA: 16.50 USD (but double-LP's and extremely heavy LP's may be MORE. This is the cost. It is much more expensive to ship now then when we all started doing this on here, and to insure that the record is SAFELY packaged, I may have to go over by a few grams and this raises the cost. 7 inches are usually half the price of LP's. I try to always ship via air mail, as that it is the best both in how fast it arrives at your door, and for the cost. If you want it there faster, please ask and I will let you know how much extra it will be. I also recommend getting it registered (IF AVAILABLE - NOT ALWAYS!), and insurance for more expensive items. These, of course, are more (insurance is usually between $1-3 more and registered is usually $10-15 more on LP's). Finally, I combine shipping on items very happily, so don't worry - I won't charge you triple the price if you buy 3 records (unless the post office tells me that is what the cost is!)

FINAL NOTE: ITEM SOLD AS IS. Bidders with zero or negative feedback must e-mail me first before bidding, otherwise their bids will be cancelled. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!
