Description
About This Record. This is an original first pressing MONO UK stock copy of The Velvet Undergrounds "White Light White Heat" LP that was released on Verve records in a very small quantity in the UK. NO mono copies of this LP were ever released to the public, only the white and yellow label promos, and the very very few stock copies that mysteriously have turned up. This is a keeper copy, and these RARELY turn up at all, let alone in OK keeper condition. I bought this decades ago from a UK dealer at great expense (it was graded EX). Cover Excellent (EX). Nice original UK flipback cover; Some light creases, as usual in the laminated cover . . . Nice skull on the laminated cover. No splits. Top cover. Please see photos.
Inserts Has original white (now brown) plain paper inner See Photo please.
Vinyl: Very Good Plus (VG+). One side looks/plays strong EX, the other side looks closer to VG than VG+ but that side plays VG+ to EX, so I grade this a conservative VG+ so everybody will be happy. The vinyl comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning machine and in a new Rice Paper equivalent sleeves.
Label Condition: Labels are Near Mint (NM). Please see my photos in case I missed something as I write.

BUT PLEASE WAIT for my invoice and request one when you are done bidding. eBay makes it very difficult to refund excess shipping if you pay for multiple items you want in the same package. All my records come carefully packed after I clean them on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place them in a new rice-paper sleeve so they will be ready for you to play.
Vinyl Grading: My grading [Cover/Vinyl] F/G-/G/G+/VG-/VG/VG+/EX-/EX/EX+/NM/Sealed. Records are visually graded unless otherwise indicated because some of these blues recordings, are by nature, not the best recordings and everybody has a different point of view about what a NM looking records plays like when the source are old recordings that themselves have crackle, etc.
