Description

An original 1st press of Who's Next on the UK Track label from 1971. Matrix 1/2. Etching 'MG12888'. Please note labels are matt and flat, NOT shiny and ridged - as per 1st issue. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original 'Marketed by Polydor' MacNeill cover with pinched spine. Also included is the original 'plastic bag warning' inner sleeve. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are mostly silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is both minor and infrequent. I couldn't detect more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side. It really is a stunning player....a keeper for sure. 
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has clearly been cared for down the years. Nice clean front with no signs of ageing or the surface wear you often find, or even any creasing. The rear looks good too with only super-light handling evident. Edge wear is very light for this title and the openings are still sharpish. The spine looks pretty much perfect with all text still legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Bit of ageing and creasing. No splits though.
