Description

This one is a mono and non-deep grooved pressing of Freddie Hubbard's HUB-TONES. Blue Note Records BLP-4115. This is an original issue from Blue Note Records, not a reissue version of Classic Records or Analog Production. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder, in 1962, with "VAN GELDER" and "EAR" stamped on the dead wax of both sides. Address on labels: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC, NEW YORK, USA". Comes with an original inner sleeve. Cover is the 1st laminated cover with address "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23"on the back.
Freddie Hubbard (trumpet), Herbie Hancock (piano), James Spaulding (alto saxophone, flute), Reggie Workman (bass), Clifford Jarvis (drums).
The vinyl plays almost like new on Side1 and NM on side 2. The vinyl looks NM on both sides. Vinyl is bright and glossy. Grooves do not show any wear or damage.
The laminated cover is NM. No split. No fading. Just small writing on the back cover. The spine is intact and readable.
The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.
My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied. And I will accept a free return. Please bid with confidence.
