Description

An original Uk Parlophone pressing from 1966. Matrix 1N/2N. Tax code "MT". Gramophone perimeter text, and publishing date indented implies 1966. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original G&L mono cover. We also have tte Emitex inner too.  So, 100 genuine and 100% complete. QUITE FRANKY PHENOMENAL.
Vinyl (Ex+) In super condition and has only seen light use. Excellent lustre. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. This is deep grooved mono and will not be troubled. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with just one miniscule deviation in per side. Intros and inbetweens are really quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Lots of early 60's energy and precious little background. Perhaps just a couple of minor crackles in one isolated spot per side. And one isolated minor tick per side. Incredible really. But even the fussy acoustic numbers are playing really clean. So if you're after a top level performer....One that is close to perfect...well, you're looking right at it. Don't let this gem slip your grasp...You're more than welcome to look for another perfect mono player....but I can guarantee you nothing out there will beat this copy for audio. Perfect resolver. Perfect clean signal - you can hear way down into the mix. Within the best couple of copies I have ever witnessed. FINAL UPGRADE
Cover (Ex) Nice clean surfaces without much sign of wear or creasing. An impeccable looking front.Slight crease bottom left. Four pointy corners. The rear looks amazing and has avoided all the typical ageing process - Hardly any edge wear. Spine 100% intact. Flipacks look superb.  Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. What a specimen!
Inner (Vg+) No splits. Slight ageing.
