Description

An original 1st press on TRACK labels for the UK market. Matrix 2/1 = 1st cut. Etching "MG12888". The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original MacNeill cover with pinched spine. The original inner too. 100% genuine 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) A great copy and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side and one superficial trail - nothing heavy or nasty looking. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with brief deviation in one spot per side. Intros and inbetweens are nice quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Quiet background mostly. In a couple of the ultra fussy spots expect a few crackles. A couple at the start of Baba O'Reilly [it's difficult to avoid entirely]...gone pretty quick. and then a few in the fiddle at the end.. That's my only criticism really. . This album is for folks who like to rock out...you can really crank it and it will not disappoint! This is real RAWK music....
Cover (Vg+) The front is looking real nice without much surface wear. The rear exhibits wear as is pretty common - still pretty tidy. . Firm openings. Spine 90% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A really nice looking original example.
Inner (Vg) Aged and bag missing.
